1 oz barrel wax – Used to seal small leaks from crevices in the oak barrel. Is not going to impact the flavor or taste of your aging liquor. Applied to the out of doors of the barrel
1 tbsp Citric Acid – Great neutralizer and holding solution for water storage of your oak barrels. If you store your barrel it should be wet. If you use water you’ll get mold and bacteria unless you use something to keep bacteria from growing.
1 tbsp Oxy-San – Great for sanitizing your new barrel or after each and every use. Also can be utilized to sanitize some other home brew equipment
4 Campden Tablets – used for sterilizing the oak aging barrel. By adding Campden Tablets a day before adding your wine, you’ll start your aging with a clean slate, to be able to speak.
